Law enforcement officials confirm to TMZ that Bobby Brown was arrested this morning around 1 a.m. for Driving Under the Influence.
It's his second such offense in just a few months (and his third since 1996), as the singer was also pulled over and booked on the same charge in March.
Brown was allegedly driving erratically on a Los Angeles street when police officers pulled him over and detected the scent of alcohol in the vehicle.
He then failed a field sobriety test and was taken into custody.
